👅Please first thing in the morning clean your tongue with your tong cleaner. It is an oral hygiene device designed to clean the coating on the upper surface of the tongue as during the night the toxins get accumulated in the surface.

 

🍋 Have a warm glass of water with lemon. It’s really helpful to make your bowel work better and also to alkalinize your blood.

 

👩🏻‍🍳 Ayurveda Medicine recommend getting all 6 tastes: sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter and astringent. Each of which has a vital role to play in our physiology, health and well-being. Beside the 6 tastes, the Ayurveda Medicine really cares about the importance of your digestion. You are what you can digest and absorb.

 

☕️ Please have your breakfast with time and only eat if you are hungry. Otherwise you can have your breakfast later on. When you eat without appetite you don’t digest properly and doing a long period of time it will accumulate in your body toxins and fat.

☀️ For the Ayurvedic Medicine our main meal should be done between 10am and 2pm (lunch time). That’s your biggest meal of the day, it will be your lunch meal. For the Ayurvedics the power of our digestion it’s linked with the power of the sun, that’s represent our digestive fire (Agni).

 

🌅 Try to have the last meal at the latest at 7pm because after this time we don’t have the power of the sun to help us to digest anymore. After that, you can have some warm tea or water.
